Requesting a refund
We review refund requests individually, considering the payment, account circumstances, any service issue and applicable law. Contact help@link-trim.com with your account email, transaction reference and a clear explanation. Do not send full card details, security codes, passwords or secret API keys.
Sending a request does not mean a refund has automatically been approved. We will review the facts and communicate the decision. This policy does not remove or limit statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions are intended to renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Use the cancellation controls provided in your billing account, or contact support for assistance before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not itself submit or approve a refund for an earlier payment.
For the supported Paystack and Flutterwave recurring subscriptions, cancellation keeps paid access until the existing paid period expires. After expiry, the Free plan’s one-link limit applies and additional standard links may be paused. Link records are preserved; independently deleted, expired or restricted links remain subject to their original conditions.
Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect or unauthorized. Include the transaction reference and relevant dates. If you suspect your payment credentials are compromised, also contact your payment provider or bank through its official channels.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the relevant payment provider where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and your bank; we do not promise a fixed bank processing time. Support can clarify the status of an approved request.
